Suzi hadn’t meant to visit the car boot sale and she certainly hadn’t meant to buy any vases. But that’s what can happen when you’re humping your groceries home, with time on your hands and, let’s face it, when you’re far from home and lonely, sometimes you can’t confront your empty flat.
