Books on or by Rhys
Twitter is a wonderful source of inspiration and snippets of useful and useless information. It’s thanks to the tweet below that this post came into being…

So we’ve got our books by Rhys – author Jean Rhys and Rhys Bowen; an author I discovered whilst compiling this post – it seems she’s quite a prolific writer too.
Now for our books on Rhys – Beatrice Holloway provides those in her children’s books which tell of Rhys’s adventures growing up in Wales. The stories are based on the tales her husband used to tell her of his coming of age. Having read them all (a number of times), it’s wonderful being taken back in time to an age of innocence and good clean fun.
Madoc and Janet Rhys give us another series of books with Rhys as a character – although as the surname of the detectives in these books by Canadian-American novelist Charlotte MacLeod (aka Alisa Craig).
